Specification for 4.5/5 mm Locking Proximal Tibia Plate
- There are 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 holes available for plates.
- Available plates in both the left and right directions
- There are both round and combi holes on the plate. The threaded section can be fixed using locking screws in combo holes, and the dynamic compression unit section can be compressed using cortex screws in combo holes.
- The shaft holes can accommodate locking screws up to 5 mm in diameter in the threaded portion, 4.5 mm in the compression portion, or 5 mm in the threaded and cylindrical portions. 5 mm locking screws or 5 mm locking cancellous screws can be inserted into the plate head’s distal locking holes.
- Implant placement is made possible with the help of a 4.5/5 mm Locking Proximal Tibia Plate.
- There are two holes for K-wire initial fixation or plate head suture meniscal repair.
- The periosteal blood supply is preserved and bone-to-plate contact is decreased by limited-contact surfaces.
- Cutting plates is unnecessary when there is a variety of lengths available.
- Plate with anatomical contours already built in.
- Titanium and stainless steel options are both available.
- By reducing the chance of screw back-out and subsequent reduction loss, locking plates increase construct stability. Additionally, it minimizes the chance of stripped screw holes and lessens the requirement for precise anatomic plate contouring.
- For the 4.5/5 mm Locking Proximal Tibia Plate, an entire instrument set is available. These general instruments include a plate bending press, plate holding forceps, plate bending pliers, bone holding forceps, bone elevators, a bone cutter, a bone nibbler, a depth gauge, a sleeve, a screwdriver, a trocar sleeve, etc.
