Specification for PFN Nail (Proximal Femoral Nail)

  • Rotational stability: During and after surgery, safety is guaranteed by combining a load-bearing femoral neck screw with a hip pin that offers rotational stability.
  • Safety stop for insertion The screw shoulder guards against unintended femoral neck screw slipping through the nail and into the femoral neck.
  • The nail can be easily positioned and inserted into the medullary canal at a 6° anatomical angle.
  • PFN Nail (Proximal Femoral Nail) diameters of 9, 10, 11 and 12 mm allow insertion without reaming, simplifying and speeding up the surgical procedure while minimizing blood loss.

  • PFN Nail (Proximal Femoral Nail) Long Sizes: Distal Diameter 9–13 mm, Angle 130–135°, and Length 300–420 mm. Titanium and stainless steel are both options. Both the left and right proximal femoral nails are available.
  • 9.9 mm Locking Stainless steel and titanium bolts are available in lengths ranging from 22 to 100 mm.
